工程项目经理

•建立和维护项目的成本、质量、时间计划、关键点、风险管理以及人员和预算的控制。
•周期性会议来强调项目的关键点
•汇总不能解决的问题给管理层
•完成内部的目标
•提供可行的建议给管理层
•和管理层沟通，汇报项目的状态和进度。
•确保项目按时完成以及所有文件的完整性
•其他管理层给的工作。
任职要求
- 工科背景，大专及以上学历，
- 项目管理经验, 有团队管理经验者优先
- 熟悉公共设施项目管理的经验，（空调系统，空压系统，基建，冷却系统，环保审核等）
-  能够熟练使用英语进行日常书面工作和口头的交流
_ 良好的风险管理意识及团队沟通能力
1.sets up / maintains project plans including cost analysis, quality, schedule, critical path, risk management,  staffing,budgets
2.plans team meeting schedulestiming for key meetings including technicallaunch readiness reviews
3. escalates issues to management that cannot be solved within team
4. meets internal targets profitability & cost targets, project budget, quality & technical requirements, project timing, ppap on time
5.provide project proposal to team member  technical solutions, work packages, time schedule, ...
6.engineering servicesupporting with quotation
7.communicates to management team timing, project status, change management in customer format.
8.ensures timelycomplete  of project documentation
9.other works assigned by manager 
qualification/任职资格：
1.educational background: college in engineering or related. 
2.training: has been trained in manufacturing, project management. 
3.experience: more than 3 years working experience in manufacture plantproject management experience.
4.skill: with experience in utilities, air conditioning, air compressor, construction, cooling system, environmental. 
communicate with english smoothly. special for written.
5.attitude: should be a self-starter with a strong desire to excel.
